We
recommend you book your cat in well in advance especially
for peak times to avoid disappointment. A deposit will be
required at the time of booking – this can be done by
credit, debit or switch card over the phone. We try to respond
to email enquires as often as we can but prefer that you contact
us by phone if making a booking.

All
cats must be fully vaccinated at least 7 days prior to their
stay and no cat will be admitted without an up to date vaccination
certificate. We also recommend that your cat should be treated
with a topical veterinary flea treatment such as FRONTLINE
prior to boarding which will protect not only themselves but
also fellow boarders and the environment. We also reserve
the right to treat your cat should we find any evidence of
flea or worm infestation and it will be charged to the owners
account accordingly.
Our
prices are a daily rate and include the day of arrival and
departure and are fully inclusive of daily care, food, insurance
and heating. T L C is free of charge! Should you collect your
cat before the due date of departure you will charged for
the full period booked.
Insurance
All cats are insured with Petplan during their stay giving
added peace of mind that should your cat become unwell, their
veterinary fees will be covered. (NB: Pre existing conditions
are excluded)
Cancellations
Deposits are non returnable and if less than 48 hours notice
is given for cancellation your will be required to pay for
the full period booked.
Discounts
are available for more than 1 cat and for long stays over
25 days.
An
ADDITIONAL £5 SURCHARGE will added to each chalet for
Christmas, Boxing and New Years Day.
Pets
on medications and special diets are more than welcome. We
also accept diabetics needing daily insulin injections, glucose
monitoring etc but there will be an additional charge for
these cats.

Whilst
there is someone present on the premises 24/7, opening hours
are strictly adhered to. The business is run from our family
home and our privacy must be respected. Due to exceptional
circumstances we can arrange admissions or collections outside
our regular opening hours but there will be an additional
charge for this service.
